Kontaktformular und E-Mail

Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten (Name, Organisation, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht) ausschliesslich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage sowie für den Fall von Anschlussfragen. Rechtsgrundlage sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Massnahmen) und lit. f DSGVO. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

Hinweis: Der Prototyp dieser Website versendet keine Formulardaten. Bitte nutzen Sie für Anfragen office@newaydata.com. Übermitteln Sie keine als Verschlusssache eingestuften oder exportkontrollpflichtigen Inhalte über unverschlüsselte Kanäle.

Schriftarten (Google Fonts)

Diese Website bindet die Schriftarten „Libre Franklin“ derzeit über Google Fonts ein. Dabei kann Ihre IP-Adresse an Server von Google übertragen werden. Für den Produktivbetrieb ist vorgesehen, die Schriften lokal einzubinden (Self-Hosting), sodass keine Übertragung an Dritte stattfindet.

Externe Dienste

Der Online-Shop wird über shop.newaydata.com (Shopify) bereitgestellt; dort gilt die dortige Datenschutzerklärung. Sonst lädt der Prototyp keine Skripte oder Ressourcen von Drittanbieter-CDNs; für den Produktivbetrieb bleibt das so.

Eingebettetes YouTube-Video

Im Bereich „Aus dem Cockpit“ zeigen wir das aktuellste Video unseres YouTube-Kanals @newaypilots. Beim Aufruf der Seite wird zunächst nur ein Vorschaubild von i.ytimg.com geladen; der eigentliche Player wird erst nach einem Klick nachgeladen, und zwar über die Domain youtube-nocookie.com. Erst dann werden Daten (u. a. Ihre IP-Adresse) an Google übertragen, gegebenenfalls in die USA. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited bzw. Google LLC. Rechtsgrundlage für das Nachladen nach Klick ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google. Zur Ermittlung des jeweils neuesten Videos wird der öffentliche YouTube-RSS-Feed über einen CORS-Proxy abgerufen; für den Produktivbetrieb ist ein eigener Serverdienst vorgesehen.

When this website is accessed, our system automatically collects technical data about the accessing device:

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after three months at the latest, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, organisation, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no retention obligations apply.

Note: The prototype of this website does not send any form data. Please use office@newaydata.com for enquiries. Do not transmit content classified as restricted or subject to export control via unencrypted channels.

Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website currently embeds the fonts "Libre Franklin" via Google Fonts. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers. For production use, the fonts are intended to be embedded locally (self-hosting) so that no transmission to third parties takes place.

External services

The online shop is provided via shop.newaydata.com (Shopify); the privacy policy applicable there applies. Otherwise the prototype does not load any scripts or resources from third-party CDNs, and this remains the case for production use.

Embedded YouTube video

In the "From the cockpit" section we show the latest video of our YouTube channel @newaypilots. When the page is loaded, only a preview image from i.ytimg.com is loaded at first; the actual player is only loaded after a click, via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google, possibly to the USA. The provider is Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. The legal basis for loading after a click is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The Google privacy policy applies. To determine the latest video, the public YouTube RSS feed is retrieved via a CORS proxy; a dedicated server service is planned for production use.
